I have to start this by saying the place itself is adorable, you can honestly just go there to enjoy the outdoor area. For the food we got two chicken paninis and a roll for four people but we didn’t even get to the roll since we were so full. The paninis were so good and their coffee is good and not expensive.
Very cute little place just off the beach. A great spot to stop for lunch. Food is excellent. BLT was good. Veggie panini was absolutely delicious. Definitely a great spot to go after a walk on the beach.

One of my favourite places for brunch/lunch. I visit the Sunflower every time that I'm in Crescent Beach. Their food is incredibly delicious. You can taste the difference that quality ingredients makes! Their muffins sell out quick (and for good reason!). They also have the best paninis around. Definitely pay this place a visit if you haven't been yet - it's a must!
